Water Decals – decalINSTRUCTIONS FOR USE1. After a covering or a reconstruction or a refil (in gel, in acrylic or in acrylic gel) apply the gel polish and polymerize. Cut out the element you want to use. 2. Immerse the item, cut out, in water for 5 seconds. Using a pad, dab away the excess water and separate the printed film from the paper support. 3. Using tweezers or a stamper (a tool used for stamping), pick up the sticker and apply it to the nail. Cover the manicure with a top coat.
