By doing so, we provide value to our customer and built long term relationship with end customers, theatre consultants, and builders tending for such projects. Detailed drawings with specifications are provided together with our quote and the drawings will be updated and confirmed as shop drawings after our quote is accepted and we have conducted a site visit to confirm everything including dimensions, electrical and flooring. PHANTOS offers 5 years warranty to structural, mechanical and electrical components of the retractable seating system. 1 QUOTE As a first step, we can produce an estimate if a floor plan is provided. A drawing will be provided as part of our quote. 2 CONFIRMATON OF DETAILS Once our quote is accepted, we will confirm all details by site visit if possible, or providing detailed drawings and specifications for new built 3 MANUFACTURING After design is confirmed, we will work with our manufacturer to complete the order, quality control, and organize transport to ensure they are delivered in time. 4 INSTALLATION A team of experienced installers including an electrician and project manager will complete the job to high standard and provide trainning.
