It features dual compatibility with Manfrotto tripods and DJI gimbals – including an integrated DJI RS gear rack for balancing cameras – which gives you effortless switching between setups. When every second of cumbersome downtime counts, the Universal Dovetail cuts the last-minute scramble from your shoot schedule. RED-dy for Anything With the Side and Top Rails, you’ve got a selection of rigging options in a compact footprint. For classic bolt-on accessories, you’ve got 1/4″ and 3/8” threads. For quick-release components, there are QD sockets and integrated NATO rails. To keep your gear safe, each thread has a helicoil-reinforced steel insert to prevent loosening, and the NATO rails feature safety stops at either end.
