Seamlessly transitioning from gimbals to tripods, or anywhere else, the Halo Universal Base Kit helps streamline your setup; so you can have the cleanest and most efficient camera cage. A Lifetime of Compatibility With the Halo Universal Camera Cage, any camera can be set up for rigging in moments. The Halo forms a square around the camera body, striking a balance between clearance for large cameras and a compact form factor. You can use any camera (though smaller cameras may need to be elevated with our quick-release Riser that can be found in the Universal Base Kit for Small Cameras). Dovetail Design Complete the cage with our Universal Dovetail, which mounts via the included 15mm LWS Rod Bracket to form a base for any camera. The Dovetail is the only one of its kind to have dual compatibility with Manfrotto tripods and DJI gimbals, allowing you to seamlessly transition from mount to mount. Clean Rigging Wrapping around your camera body, the Halo offers a huge range of accessory mounting points for you to use. Along with industry-standard screw threads (1/4” and 3/8”), the Halo also offers MAP and QD sockets, a cold shoe mount and NATO rails. Able to take up to 10kg of load without flexing, you have huge scope for accessorising your rig.
